To make the Noodles:
  • Boil the noodles in salted water for 5-6 minutess or until it's cooked properly.
  • After the noodles is completely cooked wash the noodles with cold water and drain the water.
  • Add some vegetable oil to the noodles so that it won't stick together.
To make the chow mein:

  2. Add chopped carrot and green beans and add 1 tbsp. soy sauce and stir it for 20 seconds.
  3. Then add your minced garlic and let the garlic cook for 40 seconds.
  4. Add the noodles and stir everything well.
  5. Add your rest of the ingredients( chopped green chillies, red onion remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce.)
  6. Mix everything well, let the sauces coat the noodles and  let it cook for5-7 mins. (stir occasionally)
  7. (As you have boiled the noodles in salted water and added soy sauce while stir frying, you do not need to add any salt.)
  8. Serve it hot.
Note: The soy sauce and the oyster sauce shown in the picture are the brand I use( my favorite brand). You can use any brand.
